Presentation of Certificate ISO 9001:2008

This year Mali dom - Zagreb underwent the process of certification of management system quality according to the ISO 9001:2008 International norm. So on Tuesday, May 6, 2014  our director Darija Udovičić Mahmuljin was presented with the appropriate Certificate by representatives of international DQS - UL Group which conducted the certification.

Certificate confirms effective implementation of quality management systems in Mali dom - Zagreb in accordance with the requirements of this International Standard. Also, a very important strategic objective has been reached, which again confirms the orientation of Mali dom towards general satisfaction of its clients and satisfying their appropriate needs.

ISO 9001 certificate is a distinctive mark of organizations that pay special attention to the quality of their services. The standard includes the internationally applicable quality requirements for products, services and development, and provides guidelines for improving the efficiency of the organization and its management in a systematic way, which is a prerequisite for ensuring continued progress.

The presentation of Certificate ceremony was attended by representatives of the City of Zagreb Department of Social Welfare and People with disabilities, Marinka Bakula Anđelić and Marija Mustač.
